All optical drives are repaired using a fixed pricing structure, and all jukeboxes are repaired on an estimate basis, with estimates provided free* within 24 hours of receiving the unit into our workshops.
We also operate a "No Fix No Fee" policy, giving you that extra assurance of our workmanship.

 Quick Turn-Around ...
Our Standard Service offers a 4/5 day turn-around. However, when matters are urgent, our Express Service is optionally available, offering a fast 24-hour turn-around.
 Fully Tested ...
Once repaired, items are tested to original specifications (in fact all repaired jukebox drives are tested and certified in a jukebox).
They are then shipped back with a full six months' "Peace-of-Mind" warranty.
